It was only a matter of time before somebody tried to cash in on Rod Blagojevich’s infamy by selling hair care products with the former Illinois governor’s name stamped on them.

A small company based in Chicago suburb Elk Grove Village recently started selling Blago shampoo and conditioner, both of which carry two tag lines: “Volumizing for Really Big Hair” and “It’s Bleep’n Golden!” (The latter tag line, of course, refers to Blagojevich’s infamous “(bleeping) golden” comment about his opportunity to sell President Obama’s vacated U.S. Senate seat to the highest bidder.)

Blagojevich reportedly is aware of the products and likes the idea, though he won’t get any money from it.

Personally, I still think the best product trying to cash in on Blagojevich is the “#!@%¿ Blagojevich Burger,” briefly offered by Chicago burger joint Kuma’s Corner. The burger included a thick slab of bologna and a dollar sign written in mustard on the top of the bun. Now that’s (bleeping) golden.
